Car Rental Agreement

This Car Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the parties listed below:

Rental Details:

Rental Period: [Start Date] to [End Date]

Daily Rental Fee: $50

Coverage:

All Rentals includes Full Coverage for the duration of the Agreement.

Requirements:

Each driver must provide a copy of their valid Driver's License.

A refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of rental.

Deposit Policy:

The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle.

The refund will be processed promptly, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented.

Fuel Policy:

Upon return, the vehicle must have Full Tank of gas.

Additional Terms:

Any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.

The rental vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed-upon end date.

Any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges and deposit will then be non-refundable for damage of any kind.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made [number] days prior to the start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within [number] days of the start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
